Originally from Lanark, Scotland, Scott started his career path by breaking the very habits that should have defined him. Rather than be swept up in a predictable future, Scott decided to prove the statistics and his school career advisor wrong and went on to study biology and psychology at University. Today, he delivers keynote speeches on the human condition, guiding audiences on how to make better decisions, have better conversations, and reframe beliefs and opinions.

The world is changing rapidly, and we are on the cusp of a revolution in how we work and live. As professional speakers, we have a responsibility to provide clarity in this evolving landscape. Scott believes we are on the “Edge of Next,” a new world where our personal experiences and insights are more critical than ever.

In this session, Scott will share his vision for the future of the speaking profession. He will explore how we can adapt and thrive in this dynamic environment. This exciting perspective places personal experiences at the heart of the speaker’s world. You will be introduced to:

✅       The centrality of the “Perennial Mindset” and “Future Literacy”: Learn how these concepts are essential in developing impactful executive programs, talks, and keynote speeches.
✅        The “Golden Thread”: Discover methods for collecting compelling stories that resonate with your audience.
✅        Effective Storytelling: Understand how to tell stories in a way that they stick with your audience and leave a lasting impression.
✅         Simple ways of using AI for Impact: Explore how artificial intelligence can be used to enhance your presentations and connect with your audience on a deeper level.
